As you are aware we are experiencing a pandemic of COVID-19 and extraordinary measures are being taken in every corner of the world to “flatten the curve.” For now the University of Florida remains open, but measures are being taken to prevent or mitigate the spread of the virus. In an effort to flatten the curve, I am assigning members of the MGM central administrative staff to work at home where possible, but recognizing there will be a need for in person business interactions. Therefore, each staff member will be available in their ARB offices at least one day a week according to the schedule below. In addition to their normal duties when these individuals are on campus they will handle the mail, receive packages and the such.
Please understand that the administrative staff will be working during normal business hours when they are not on campus and can be reached by email or phone forwarding.
