2024 Virology Retreat

Announcing the 3rd annual UF Virology Retreat to be held on Friday, December 6th, 2024 at the Black Prong Resort in Bronson, FL. This year’s event brings together our UF virology community from across the state, with speakers from various departments on main campus (Gainesville), UF Scripps Biomedical Research Center (Jupiter), the IFAS FL Medical Entomology Laboratory (Vero Beach), and Keynote Speaker, Dr. Robert Gallo, MD.

Please register by November 15th. The abstract submission deadline ended Sunday, October 6th.

Registration is open to all UF Virologists and their lab members, limited to ~150 participants. Please register by November 15th.

The organizers will choose 4 trainees to present, and others may be chosen for posters. The abstract submission deadline ended Sunday, October 6th.
